So what you want to do to lose weight and still have a quick and convenient meal is go into your local supermarket and stock up on some healthy quick meals that will make you lose weight, and stop sleep apnea. All you need to do is go to the section that every modern supermarket has, and that is the convenience ready made meals section. Otherwise known as microwave meals. For example I recently had a cottage pie done in the oven, and the mash potatoes came out nice and crispy, and the beef sauce underneath was delicious.

Even under the healthy microwave meal section, the varying meals can range anything from as low as 230 calories for the whole meal to as high as just under 500 so the lower the calories the better. Now here’s the trick. A microwave meal on it’s own won’t fill you up, so you need to bulk it up with as much vegetables as you can eat. Vegetables still have lot’s of calories, but they are good calories that your body will break down easily so that you will lose weight.
Again some vegetables taste nicer than others, if you don’t like your greens much, sweet corn is very sweet on it’s own naturally, and is absolutely delicious. And coli flour is a very neutral flavour that you can match with pretty much any meal.
